79'Blazer4x4
Straight to the point, what are some concept cars that you wish had made it into production or just generally think are cool(whether it be looks, mechanical aspects or whatever else)? Alternatively, what are some that you dislike? Post pictures if possible. Here's a couple that I like: Holden Efijy - I just love the classic hot rod/lead sled look. Ford Nucleon - Maybe it's just my love of the Fallout games but something about the idea of a nuclear powered car appeals to me(even though it's extremely impractical and downright dangerous). Here's a couple I'm not a huge fan of: Chevelle concept - doesn't look like a bad little sports car in it's own right, but it would be wrong to give the Chevelle muscle car name to what looks like a suped up Cobalt. Scion Hako Coupe - This thing is weird and ugly, even for Scion. Like if a Nissan Cube and a Chrysler PT Cruiser had a baby together. I could post more but I'll keep it at 2 likes and 2 dislikes for this post. PS. Appologies if there's a thread like this already, couldn't find anything in search relating to concept cars. Flachbau
What the hell.. I'm so glad the "Chevelle" project was shot down. I would have jumped in front of a semi-truck if I saw it in person. The Chrysler Firepower looks decent. Reminds me of the Crossfire.. Ram T-Rex? - GIMMIE! Makes me think of the 2014 Mercedes G63 6x6. LightningLord
Some concept cars that never made it to production. Chrysler ME412: Volkswagen W12 Nardo: Cadillac Cien: Peugeot Onyx: Kia GT4 Stinger: Nissan PIVO 2: The only ones I don't like are the Stinger and the PIVO 2. Stinger looks funny and the PIVO 2 looks completely strange to me. Edited November 13, 2014 by LightningLord411 GrudgefromSanAndreas

Makes me think of the 2014 Mercedes G63 6x6. You and me both. Gives me hope that they might do something smart and bring the Chevelle back as a muscle car, or just not bring it back at all. Either one is better than labeling some pos economy car as a Chevelle. The Ram T-Rex is probably at least part of the inspiration for the G36 6x6. The only thing I'd change about it is to make the black bit above the rear wheels match the body colour. I'm turned off by black plastic that doesn't match the body colour. Some concept cars that never made it to production: Chrysler ME412: Cadillac Cien: I remember the ME412 from some racing game, maybe Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition? I also remember that the Cien was one of my go to cars on Gran Turismo 4 for quite a while.

So it was MC3. I know I drove the ME412 there and not in GT because I remember it was arcadey, so obviously not Gran Turismo.

Ezza.
I loved the Lamborghini Asterion concept Shame it wasn't put into production because Lambo didn't think there was enough demand for a Hybrid. 79'Blazer4x4
Few more that I like. Desoto Adventurer II Concept - It's a road boat but it's also extremely sleek, and those curves *drools*. Jeep Mighty FC Concept - I think this one is self explanatory. One more that I dislike. Toyota A-BAT Concept - Just wayyyyy too sleek and futuristic for a pickup truck. Not to mention is looks like it has about as much bed space as a Suzuki Samurai. And Off topic since it's not a concept, just a limited production. The Chevy Blazer Chalet. Basically a 2nd gen Blazer optioned with a pop up camper attachment instead of the canopy top that most of them came with. I've actually been tempted to try finding one of the campers to buy for my Blazer. I think it would look pretty badass painted the same colour as my truck(black). It also has a decent interior for a 70's camper, the only 70's camper I've seen that's not some kind of puke green or yellow colour. Moth
Exactly. I remember when hot wheels cars actually looked like cars No you don't. Hot Wheels always had weird cars and real cars. See? Also this: Doesn't look like a real concept. It looks like someone took a CTS Coupe and used photoshop on it. I've always wanted one of these: Toyota RSC I also like the Dodge Demon, which would pretty much would have been a Miata fighter Also this Dodge Power Wagon And the Chevy Nomad Edited November 14, 2014 by Moth SpeederX96, Flachbau and mr quick 3 Formerly known as The General
79'Blazer4x4
*puts on anti flame suit* I like these: Charger concept is decent, though I dislike it for the same reason I dislike the new Chargers, it has 4 doors and doesn't suit the Charger name. As for the GT90, I'm a fan of that as well. Better looking than the Ford GT they put into production imo, not saying I dislike the GT by any means. Toyota RSC I also like the Dodge Demon, which would pretty much would have been a Miata fighter The RSC is another one I remember from Gran Turismo 4. I remember spamming the race series that rewarded the RSC Rally Raid Car and selling it for around $250,000 every time. As for the Demon, It looks nice from the front but the back end is kinda ugly to me.

Dottie
No you don't. Hot Wheels always had weird cars and real cars. Thats what everyone does. They say youre wrong and then post only images that prove that im wrong Actually Im right as most of my hot wheels cars I had (some i still have) ranged from the 1980's - mid 2000's and looked like real cars. Yes I had hot wheels that didnt look like real cars like the ones you posted, but hot wheels cars i had from pre mid 2000's were real (or realistic looking )vehicles here are some examples i have like 4 of these also I only have like around 3 hot wheels cars from pre 1974 and 2 are duplicate vans. Those were from my dad anyway BACK ON TOPIC Awesome vehicle 1963 corvette concept (yes a corvette) Where R* got the triple rear tail lights from on the Coquette classic Edited November 14, 2014 by Winning001 Mukkus, LightningLord and GrudgefromSanAndreas

Just cause you only had cars that looked like real cars, doesn't mean the unrealistic cars never existed during those years you have cars from. Also, the Pronto Cruiser. If the PT cruiser wasn't designed as a front wheel drive 4 door economy car. Also the Chrysler Norseman, it was never seen in public cause it was lost at sea. If they had made that instead of the PT Cruiser it probably wouldn't have been such a flop. That one actually has a nice classic styling, unlike the PT Cruiser(which they were aiming for with and failed miserably). I'm guessing it wasn't the panel van version of it, eh? They even made an SS version of that Also, the PT cruiser was extremely popular back in 2000. The reason why it's hated now, is that they didn't do anything to it for years. It was pretty much the same in 2000 as it was in 2009. Also the PT cruiser GT is awesome sleeper, so shut the f*ck up.
