Mottershead Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 I've an online accuracy of just below 27%. How is the accuracy worked out and how can it be improved upon? Are certain weapons only attributable to this accuracy, or is every wayward sticky bomb or RPG without a kill count towards it also? I mean you do drivebys right My accuracy is 40% Broken down thats landing 2/5 shots. Considering all the minigun, smg, ap and just general bull sh*ting I do, I think thats a pretty solid percentage. Simply because the stat is there to be improved upon. Like you, I enjoy firing at everything I see. I would assume most peoples accuracy is sh*t in gta online. I mean you do drivebys right I do do drive-bys. Those became very easy once I figured out you can auto-lock in drive-bys. I think you're right on most peoples accuracy not being that great. As an example I have one friend who has 30% and favours the Special Carbine, whilst another friend has one of 50% and favours the Sniper Rifle. Thats really good. I mean the percentages dont matter but I think 25-40% is what people seem to hit on most shooters. My percentage is like 35% and I mostly use the Bullpup Rifle and now using the Marksman rifle a lot more too. It doesnt matter much really, but I mean its pretty standard for people to miss a hella ton of bullets. Its not just about aim or autoaim but about bullet spread, target movement, amongst other variables. You can always find some sort of use for stats I guess though. Each shell counts as 1 bullet fired, but each pellet counts as a bullet also, because shotgun (minus the saiga, which fires slugs). What this means is, for the cost of 1 bullet, you can hit up to 8(?) bullets. So theoretically you can have an +100% accuracy if you really like shotguns. (I'm pulling this out of my head and this could actually be bf4 that im confusing it with, so if someone can please confirm this that would be sexy. I think social club has individual weapon stats for players. If someone could screen cap proof that they have absurdly high accuracy for shotguns compared to everything else that would be baller as s***) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My accuracy is 27%, without the minigun I would have 35-40% Minigun 7.4% Pumpaction shotgun 28.3% Sawed-off 54% I can't explain this big difference between the two shotguns, because the number of kills are the same.
