I think I realized why I am so underwhelmed with the FOV in this game.

 

Being an Oculus Rift DK2 owner, I am kind of spoiled on insane vertical FOV. Even with a let's say, 90* degree horizontal FOV, it just isn't the same if your vertical FOV is limited to like 60 degrees. With the Rift, I am used to 106* vertical, so I can see like the roof of a car all the way down to my knees/gas pedals as an example in cockpit camera.

 

 

Once this game hits PC and I can use my Rift, it will be taken to a whole new level. That's where the real appreciation for the little details can begin.

 

You surprise me with such a good post that doesnt slam the game. This is more like it ;D In fact I may have disagreed with a lot of your posts but at least on a few post you actually make a point to why you dislike some bits
