Yes, remote play is supported. Check out the Playstation website on GTAV, it says "Remote-Play Supported". GTAV also supports 5.1 Surround Sound.

So...looking at these streams what do you guys make of the framerate?

 

I know it's kinda hard to judge from a stream but it appears really smooth to me. Are we looking at....whahah he just got his ass beat by a chick on steroids....are we looking at a locked 30fps here maybe?

 

I hope so too but with a full-fledged and customisable First-Person view,Denser Traffics,Enhanced and Beautiful Graphics and Visuals,new animals,30-players Online,New Character Creator and many more i think it wont be locked at 30 frame-per-seconds (but i could be

proven wrong again lol).

I think I realized why I am so underwhelmed with the FOV in this game.

 

Being an Oculus Rift DK2 owner, I am kind of spoiled on insane vertical FOV. Even with a let's say, 90* degree horizontal FOV, it just isn't the same if your vertical FOV is limited to like 60 degrees. With the Rift, I am used to 106* vertical, so I can see like the roof of a car all the way down to my knees/gas pedals as an example in cockpit camera.

 

 

Once this game hits PC and I can use my Rift, it will be taken to a whole new level. That's where the real appreciation for the little details can begin.
