I hope so. Otherwise, you're going to have to take hours to master how the character looks.

The phone customization is pretty sweet. Crew emblems can be set as phone backgrounds and much more.

really?damn that cool...like IGN said "it GTA on a whole new level" (even though it a remastered/re-released game) which doesnt seem like that anymore (excluding some locked interiors that ate pointless anyways).
