Fair enough i guess, but i still stand strong onto the opinion, that if they really intended to make an actual USE of those fully detailed interiors they would already do so by now...It seems irrational to me to develop something fully only to lock it, so that it could be later unlocked with some patch, something doesn't add up here...

Let's hope it is meant to be unlocked and a big/glitch is keeping it from being locked.
