I'm sure the traffic will be fine. We can't know until we're sitting there driving around ourselves.

 

Knowing how secretive rockstar is, perhaps they withheld features until that day 1 patch is installed to ensure that the inevitable livestream leaks wouldn't spoil the fun?

Legally, that could get sketchy. What about the customers who don't have a internet connection for their consoles? They would be ripped off by such tactics. I don't think R* wants to deal with a civil suit.

So them holding back features until the Title Update is out, is not very likely.

My guess is this will be fixed in the patch. Doesn't really seem to make sense a full modelled interior clearly seen from outside (with operating vending machines!) cannot be entered.

 

Yeah right...fixed! OMG Might as well get "fixed" sh*tloads of other unused and detailed interiors such as shopping mall, casino...do i need to go on? When do people realize, that intention of a patch is not to drastically change game, but to fix a few bugs here and there, maybe some minor small additions! But people seriously expect a PATCH, that would make use of unused interiors? ...wow just...wow!...Maybe its DLC, that you're talking about, you expect a "little" too much from a patch! LOL

They might be, but then again its only called "Patch" on paper! Everyone knows, that this thing "patch", that comes with some additional content is nothing else other then "addon", they called it patch for people, who like to fool themselves believing its just a patch and not a fully developed additional content!

This is stellar quality and absolutely sensational. It is really cool to see the vintage speedometer in motion, in that Vapid Peyote. The night environment is so immersive, how every streetlight glows with an orange gleam, and sheaths of fog are passing right through it.

 

Holy crap, how the camera shakes when you are driving to simulate a real driving experience and the motion blur and depth of field. It feels like 'you', the player, are truly enduring that pulse-pounding moment.

 

We have arrived at the '2' mark. This picturesque, surreal experience will be ours to behold and marvel in, extremely soon.

Those things you mentioned don't have an interior, there's nothing to "fix". The hospital interior is new, it's really detailed, there are peds inside etc.

Making interiors is a lot more time consuming and difficult than exteriors, there has to be a reason why they decided to make it. All they need to do is to unlock it, and doing that with a patch seems logical.

Fair enough i guess, but i still stand strong onto the opinion, that if they really intended to make an actual USE of those fully detailed interiors they would already do so by now...It seems irrational to me to develop something fully only to lock it, so that it could be later unlocked with some patch, something doesn't add up here...
