My guess is this will be fixed in the patch. Doesn't really seem to make sense a full modelled interior clearly seen from outside (with operating vending machines!) cannot be entered.

The hospital interior will be locked until SP DLC and online heists.

So that way all those players who fail the missions have a nice place to wake up in.

Yeah right...fixed! OMG Might as well get "fixed" sh*tloads of other unused and detailed interiors such as shopping mall, casino...do i need to go on? When do people realize, that intention of a patch is not to drastically change game, but to fix a few bugs here and there, maybe some minor small additions! But people seriously expect a PATCH, that would make use of unused interiors? ...wow just...wow!...Maybe its DLC, that you're talking about, you expect a "little" too much from a patch! LOL
