People need to realize that the patch isn't going to fix everything that you feel is wrong with the game.

 

Seams like every time some people see something they don't like they just go, "It's okay, the patch will fix that.".

Come on guys, most of the closed interiors have very low res almost blacked out windows. This is well lit, high res it seems. There is no reason for them to even put it there is it wasn't something you could go in.

We don't know that's an interior until the game releases. The GTA V O'clock said that the faux interiors had been updated, such as the supermarkets with the basic, low-res interior you couldn't access. This is probably like that.

It could mean two things... either we will be able to enter it or it's just to add more detail to the map by making it seem like the hospital is active.
