Then we see our character through this guy's eyes and when we look at other characters, they'd all have this guy following their every move 5 feet behind them. If they get in a car the guy would get into the back seat, but that would be a irritating point of view. Maybe he can pan his head like inbetween the two front seats. And on a bike he'd just look over our characters shoulder. OP... you're a genius, we need this ASAP @Darth 1st person is from your character's view, 3rd person is "you" (as if you're looking down on a story from outside of it) looking at your character, 2nd person is looking at your character from another in-game character's view What happens if you kill this guy while you're in 2nd person view? I can't think of any 2nd person games. It only really occurs in books. But it's possible in games, I suppose. For example, if you first play as a character you think is the center of the story, but he isn't. I'm gonna take RDR as an example. The story is supposed to be about John Marston getting his redemption. He's the main character. BUT, when you take control of Jack and revenge his untimely demise, you further the story of JOHN, while playing JACK. So the entire time you hunt that FBI guy down as Jack, you're actually playing in 2nd person, because John Marston is supposed to be the main protagonist. Yes, I just spoiled RDR twice in one day.
