First person or third person?

First person, but I feel that COD players will be more advantaged because they are accustomed.

 

what is it with the term COD players, like it's the only FPS out there or something?

if you play a lot of Battlefield or heck even CS or unreal or something you have the same, if not more of an advantage.

not entirely, sure you may be able to aim at a target quicker but it will all depend on how smooth the controls are

First person until cover is used.

Mostly first person (especially combat), but third-person has some distinct advantages at times--such as when driving...having a greater view of the surrounding landscape isn't realistic per se, but it sure helps with evasion. BF3 is another good example of the mix of FP and TP views when driving.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that GTA V/O seems unique among games in that it's the first one to give the user virtually full control over which view they want, whenever they want it--and apparently doing it very well. IMO, that's a massively positive win for gamers, GTA in general, and R* for being willing to implement it. It was a lot of work for them to do, but it will pay off big time from now on with any future updates and additions to the game.

It's gonna be fun killing FPV players for the first month or so. They will leave parts of their bodies uncovered until they get used to it. I would only use FPV with friends or on missions though....never in free roam.
