If its bullet-proof all round, its basically useless in my opinion.

 

1. You can't fire weapons out of the windows or the windscreen if thats also bullet-proof. If so, the vehicle isn't bullet-proof.

 

2. There's no way its explosive-proof like the tank (or maybe it is, who knows?), therefore making it a normal vehicle in terms of damage.

 

3. If you can't fire from it and it isn't resistent to explosions to some extent, the only way I suppose you could kill someone with it is by running them over... in which case you're f*cked if their higher up than you.

It is a pegasus vehicle, costs $900,000 - you cannot be shot, you cannot shoot from it and takes 2 rpgs to blow.

in gta:o they seem to have this magical one way bulletproof material

bullets go out without a problem but none can go in.

Yes, it looks very agressive and hard, but personally I think, without a doubt, its going to be a troll magnet either way. If they can't shoot from it, they'll ram you. Not my kinda' vehicle anyway.

Well, if this is true, I just hope they fix the Zentorno, Jester and Enity bulletproof rear windows by not allowing you to shoot out of it...

Sorry to be an ass but that was pretty damn obvious to me... if its nigh on indestructible as stated, it would be OP and therefore practically forcing people to use it if they wanna survive for longer in free roam (and who doesn't want that)

OR it could be just like the riot van You make a call and the car spawns somewhere in the session, only one being avaible for all 30 players, who will fight to many deaths to get it, and try to keep themselves and the car alive as long as possible.
I can even imagine the brand minigame: Duke o'Death Survival, 30 players cause mayhem in the state over a single car, and the one who's lucky enough to snatch it, has to keep it for the longest as possible without being robbed/killed and having the car blown up.

That car does not exist.

 

Its a mission script for only one-time use, its not part of the vehicle itself.
