"Transfer Character Once" Rule. Help

Hi guys, I need your help on something. Okay, so I'm not getting the PS4 until March but I don't want to miss out on the future limited content that will come out in future DLCs (ex, the beer hats in Independence Day DLC, Radio T-Shirts, etc.) So, I have a friend who has a PS4 and could transfer my character for me so he can get all the limited content for me until I get my PS4.

 

When I do get my PS4 though, will I be able to login on my PSN (same account I will be giving my friend so he can transfer my character) and still be able to go Online and continue where my friend left off the last time he used my character? Or because of the "Transfer Once" rule and won't let me play on my character, except on my friend's PS4 since he'd transfer my character for me on it? Please help.

You will be able to use it even if it's transfered to your friends PS4 since it's stored in the cloud, the one time rule only applies to one console type, so you can't transfer to ps4 and then to PC

Its tied to your social club account, not the physical system.
