i dont think it matters where you buy the xbox its where the ps store connects to your internet and reads your ip address saying that your not in the us, to change your ip address or hide it you can use a proxy server to make you seem as if your in the us, to do this simply open up a new window and search for proxy server and find a proxy server code, as soon as u have done this go to your xbox settings and go to advanced and then in the proxy server box put the code that you,ve just foiund, and test your connection, some times it doesnt work so just keep going through a list of proxy server codess until you find one that eventually works, sounds complicated but its actually pretty easy

Well I'm american, so I have my own policy. When you have your own policy, usually the type of coverage you have dictates your co-pay. I know countries where you're given coverage have a co-pay, I just don't know what information dictates that. I doubt it would be income though because of the advantage of working off the books.

Install to an external hard drive. That'll silve most of not all of those problems. Personally, I DL all my games straight to a 1 terabyte WD Passport and never had these issues. When I ran Gta v on disc, I had a lot of texture pop. Installing to the external HD solved it whereas installing it to the console only stopped some of it.

Yeah, Obamacare isn't really that good, compared to just about any West European country. I think Holland has the best in the world, followed by some other nearby countries. Also, Scandinavia also has a good system, but that involves major amounts of taxes IIRC
