Does this pre-order bonus include PC, for instance the Game.co.uk website says xbox one and PS4 so I think not. (you know what I am trying to say here ) Yeah looks like R* doesn't like pre-loads, I think I'll be safe pre-ordering from GMG(If there's a discount) better than from Steam, if the codes arrive on the day of release and there's no preload.
