<GTA 5 Online> cars are missing in my garage!

I haven't played GTA 5 for such a long time. The last time I played, (few months ago) I had 9~10 cars at my garage (10 garage slot apartment)

I logged in today, updated everything, all the cars are gone.

I called the mechanic and insuarance company, neither of them answer my phone; kept saying they are busy blah blah.

does anyone know how I can get my cars back??

Okay, this is a common issue. Unfortunately, you will be unable to get your cars back, without re-purchasing them. The only think I can recommend is to submit a ticket to R* support here: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/requests/newand wait for a response. (It usually takes about 3-6 months for them to refund you, though)

 

They won't be able to get your cars back, but you will be re-embursed for the money you spent on them. Which if it's for 10 or so cars, it'll be about $11 million

Yep, above post is correct. Best you can do is submit a ticket but it may be quiet some time before you get a response. There are vehicle request threads under the find meet up and lobbies topic.. if you read the request rules in their thread and ask nicely you may be able to get a majority of your rides back, or other new ones.
