OT: Sorry no there is no way for you to get the gun now, You'll have to wait until next V-Day to see if they unlock it for people to get it again and it can't be dropped either.

I wondered about that; especially for those of us who've jumped into GTA V more than a year since it's release... ah well; something to possibly look forward to come February 2015.

I wish I could give you mine. I like my weapon wheel to be clean so when I go to that spot for a particular gun that's what's there not the sub mg instead of combat mg. But yet I can't throw mine down. Plus I have the regular pistol I keep throwing down and it keeps coming back.
