Early means january to march. Early mean begining of the year, so january 27th should be the right one.

 

The fact they didn't put the precise date could mean that Steam won't get the game at the same time than the other suppliers, maybe because of piracy.

I remember in those old days of September 2013, when we all thought GTA V PC was just around the corner, well we were only a year and a half off the mark. In 2 months time the greatest moment of our lives will be upon us, for those of us that stayed strong, remained pure and avoided the trap of buying for those old weaker consoles, it will be worth the wait.

 

I know you didn't ask for it, but my advise: stay away from it. Something tells me you'll suffer an emotional breakdown when you realize how bad the port is, just saying

I'm sorry, GTA V is an amazing concept of a truly open world sandbox, you make the game what it is. But to call it the best ever? Doubtful....

 

Ok, time to ask a question to while away the time to launch. What is your No 1 game ever and why? GTA V is not the answer now, but the answer can be anything else.

 

For me, the answer is 'Paradroid' on the Commodore 64....

 

Why? Well let's go back to 1985. Andrew Braybrook single-handedly punches out a game in six months, including time off from work for other duties within Graftgold Software. This game is a top down game where you control a remote control 'Influence Device' around the decks of the starship Paradroid, destroying the fully robotic crew that have gone haywire following a strange series of events. Your only weapons are weak lasers and the unique skill of the Influence Device to override a robots base processor and take over it's abilities and weapons for a short period, before the effects of the Influence Device short circuit the robot's processor and it self-destructs!

 

Why does this sound so great? Well, Paradroid was the first ever game to introduce Line Of Sight.... When you were running around a corner, you never knew what was waiting for you until it was too late. Sometimes that Battle Droid just appeared at the wrong moment and you went down in seconds! It was fast, frantic, very fun and rock hard! One life, no saves and no continues.... The sound and graphics were not too great but it really was a game you just played!

Skyrim. With only 300 less hours than GTA V, it is my second most played game! Seriously, if you ever feel bored, fire up Skyrim and walk in any direction, you'll stop being bored after a couple of minutes.
