GTA SA: How do I change my car's handling so it has smooth turning

I want my car to have a smooth turning handling so that I can turn smoothly at the corner. What is the factor that helps smoothing turning/etc(s). I want to edit handling, not download handling. Any help on how can I make my car turn smoother like a bullet does?

The script that StrafeBolt had suggested is a good suggestion,it allows to adjust the turning speed of the wheels,allowing 'softer' turns for cars that turn sharply.

 

If you want it to do it via handling.cfg,the grip loss modifier is what affects the intensity of turns,increasing its value will result in sharper turns,and vice versa.
