Customizable Vehicle Interiors On Next Gen?

So R* has already shown that there will be new customization options on NG. With there now being FPV and vehicle interiors do you think we may be able to customize the interiors? If so what parts of the interior do you think we will be able to customize?

That would be pretty cool but I'm not counting on it. They MIGHT add the ability to change interior colours though.

The carbon skin on the trailer looked alot like that, but that would be quite alot. Likely it will be just 2-3 more options for interior color.

Does anyone know anything about GPS integration? I remember reading something about it displaying on the centre console (for cars that have it) but I can't remember where I saw it, or even if it was confirmed or on a wishlist

Having a small screen that displays the in-game shows would be nice. At least in more luxurious vehicles.

 

That'd make the TV easier to watch, but it wouldn't eliminate the usefulness of watching the shows at home. Since the screen would be small enough to make out, but not large enough to be something you'd sit in your car and stare at for a longer period of time, lol.

i would like the ability to change the radio, say be able to choose between the lcd display, standard dial, or removing it completely (i would definitely remove it from my Hexer at least)

IIRC we could customize all of these in MC:LA:

• gauges
• seats
• colors (for the dashboard, seats, stitching, and headliner & even the dails/gauges)
• steering wheels

So the idea of interior customization in V is not too far fetched. I'd personally like to see all of the features listed above plus:

• pedals
• roll cages
• stereo systems
• veneer/metals

Honestly I'm not going to get my hopes up as a lot of features with great potential have been left out in V, but it's not impossible for interior customization to appear. I mean why shouldn't we be able to? There are no console limitations and it's not that hard to implement. There's simply no excuse/no reason as to why it shouldn't appear.

 

If it did, I'd be pretty excited. I've been eager to mix up some sexy color combos:

• Dark Blue Massacro w/ beige & dark blue interior
• Light Blue Felon GT w/ brown & beige interior

It would definitely allow us to make our cars more unique. This is especially good for Online.

I was purposely exacerbating the situation of people having tasteless vehicles, I whole heartedly agree with your argument though. My point was I wouldn't mind for it to be in the game but I don't want to see lime green interior on a chrome zentorno with jet plane spoiler and purple low rider rims.

 

The truth is, I wouldn't mind if its an option or not, the interiors seem tasteful enough that it wouldn't bother me if it wasn't though.

That's what sickens me and that's why I joked about it not being implemented, no doubt someone will find a glitch to chrome interior and it will be the latest craze in the Youtube dude bro GTA Online glitch community.

To be honest, a Lime Green interior would be cool. Say you have a lime green Vacca and want to make the seats lime green too. That's exactly what Lamborghini does.
