how much data does GTAO use through dish?

I live in the country and we have to have a cap on our data. We purchase 20gb per month. I recently started playing grand theft auto 5 online and love it! But my mom and step dad made me quit because their worried I'm using up all their internet. I guess they talked to someone that has worked at dish network for 10 years and told my parents GTAO uses 30GB per month but that doesn't sound pratical. Answers anyone??
