Who are your favorite random characters from GTA 4 and 5?

Random characters, not to be confused with random events...who are your favorites?

[Algonquin Assassin]

From GTA IV. Brian, Jeff, Eddie Low and Ivan.

 

From GTA V. Nigel and Mrs Thornhill. I found the rest to be completely forgettable.

From IV all of them were my favourites. I do wish there were more random encounters with Hossan Ramzy. I would have liked Niko and Hossan to reminisce about their time with the merchant navy.

 

On the other hand, I in my one month of playing V I never bothered with them.

How could I forget Hossan? That guy was awesome considering his limited appearances. It's a shame he didn't become a friend to hang out with.

I would add Hossan as a friend in a heartbeat if I was deciding on who to include as friends.

I know. I mean he's one of the first characters introduced in GTA IV alongside Niko. This VC sunshine hasn't been doing me much good it seems.

V: I guess... none. The Random Encounters sucked in that game.
