Can't load GTA V or GTA Online

Game gets stuck while loading once it reaches the "The Last Team Standing Update Is Now Available" screen. I've deleted the game data, reinstalled the game and it's updates, and it still freezes. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there a fix for this, or do I need a new game disc?

I sound like the worst support in the world here. But try clearing the cache.

I think I might have fixed it. Here's what I did:

1) Loaded the game while signed out of PSN. Game loads perfectly fine.

2) Paused, went to Online, then signed back into PSN. Game stuttered for a bit, but eventually signed me in.

3) Attempted to create an invite-only session, and it worked!

 

Looks like I'll be needing to do this method from now on, unless this is just a one-time glitch.
