Stuck at 48 percent done with the storyline mode and I am stuck?

I am stuck on 48 percent on the storyline mode. I just got done with The Merryweather Heist Mission. Now I am not getting any calls or any interactions at all.

Are you able to do the first assassination mission as Franklin? You have to do that to progress the story.

Yes.

 

If you've done that, check the character selection wheel, and the numbers in the circle on each character show how many missions or the like are available for that character - try completing all of those and see if that unlocks the next story mission.
