Jobs would have you disrupting the daily business of Gerald, Simeon, and Lester with some anti-Merryweather jobs. Some in government fear how powerful they have become. You will get tons of new police and government clothes and vehicles and access to police databases. After completing the first mission, random events will unlock, allowing you to assist in local crime prevention. To do this you will need a police car. Since it would be a waste to have all those cars that you cave customized just sitting there, you can take any or all of your cars to a police outfitting garage that can add lightbars (open and hidden), custom police headlights, bull bars, and ammo for pistol and shotgun, as well as an optional police paint job. Criminals arrested on random events can be killed or captured like the bounty system in Red Dead. Doing crime in a car with police customizations make other "cops" ignore your crime until your wanted level goes above 3 stars.
