I don't know about the levels but for names:

1.Grave Maker

2.Skyline Death (For snipers lol)

3.Bullet Storm!

4.Legend

5.Death Dodger

6.Pistol Whipper

7.Stabby Mcstab

8.Copper Tombstone (Copper referring to police for frequent police hunters)

9.Boomer (For the resident explosives expert lol)

10.Crowmator (For those who love the gas cannister)

If this wasn't supposed to be funny in any way my bad, but if it provides food for thought great.
