Does quitting a UGC race or mission etc. count as a DISLIKE?

Hey all,

 

I figured someone here may "know" the answer to this and I apologise if this topic has been threaded before, I did look it up but found nothing.

 

Does anyone here know if quitting out of a UGC Race or Mission counts as a dislike?

 

I'm told this is how it works and if so I can see a few problems with this if this is actually how the voting system works.

 

 

 

Reasons for people quitting other than your content being unlikeable -

 

 

- Griefing - Players racing dirty - Opponent rams you off the track for no good reason

 

- Internet connection drops out or you didn't pay your bill

 

- Power Failure or Blackout

 

- Friend or Relative requires you to be elsewhere

 

- Glitched or Hacked vehicle or player perks makes them impossible to catch or kill

 

- Console membership expires

 

- Game Crashes due to unknown network error or freezes etc.

 

- Jealousy and sabotage from other creators

 

 

I'm sure there are plenty more reasons for leaving other than your content being ordinary or crappy but you get the idea. If this is how it works I personally think it's a little unfair to the creator and their hardwork.

 

Could someone please clarify this for me?

Hey SuperCharge, I've been testing this out recently and I don't believe it does count. I created this match where the bases of the match is to quit out. I've done this match multiple times and only had one person stay in, "winning" then their booted for lack of players.

 

Teleport to Lazer Jet

 

"Teleport to Lazer Jet" Is 2-8 Players. To activate the Teleport, Quit the match at the Screen that prompt's you to Ready or Bet. Afterward you'll be placed inside the military base and a jet will be on the opposite pad as your placed, run over kill the guard and the jet is yours!

 

 

 

 

To Play this Match Select Link Below and as Long as your Logged into your Social Club account you'll be able to click the "ADD TO GAME" button after which it will be available in your game.

According to R* this match has 0 likes and 0 dislikes and only 1 play however i've done this teleport multiple times without receiving a negative effect.

lol the other player you tested it with disliked...... that's another thing multiple people can do this however if they don't quit out at the betting screen it won't work for them. It will send them to a screen saying winner or Loser, and give them the option to vote followed by placing them near the match trigger outside the base rather then the respawn inside the base. Tip: when at the betting screen to tell if another player has quit you will see a brief flash behind your player. So I think that's good example, it was at 0 likes and 0 dislikes with 1 play before and now after you played and quit and the other player stayed and got the Win it reads at 0 Likes 1 Dislike and 2 plays showing that your quit did not effect it only the other player's vote did.

I reckon this one is solved.... I'll keep it up for another day at least before locking the thread though.

 

My mate and I didn't down vote it so it must of been the random that joined and didn't read the description properly.
