Do people set less bounties these days?

Still tons of bounties OP almost every lobby has at least one

 

If you want a quick $5000 bounty on your head go steal a few npc vehicles and one of them will put up the bounty

I like bounties yano. I think R* definatly need to higher the bounty limit though, 9k isn't enough. If I have a bounty I don't leave the session, I can't stand pussies who do. You can earn your money back playing a 5-6 minute mission!

 

I often survive my bounties, i'd like to see my bounty stats but it's not listed.

 

I like setting them too, gives me joy when a few players join the chase. I sit back though and usually let someone else get the bounty, unless I'm attacked by the mof*cker I set the bounty on.

I refuse to waste my money on bounties. If I want someone dead, I'll chase them down myself.

If I could set a 70 thousand or more on someone I would. So many fun chases would happen. Would-be Bounty Hunters knocking eachother trying to claim their prize. People would try to cut em off with stickies, snipers, rockets, or more creative ways. 9k in this game is chump change.

 

It all adds up. Just recently reached $1 mil after I got tired of being broke and carelessly spending money.

 

Rockstar should allow NPCs to place $50k bounties.

I have read many epic stories of people doing epic/fun stuff while they had a bounty on thier head, but i have saw one bounty in the time iv been playing ;-; do bounties happen less or have they always been this rare?

 

 

Honestly, I think I've only set a bounty twice in a year of playing.

 

Once me and my crewmates wanted to have folks chasing us in a public lobby so we set bounties on each other and road around on the train and in cars.

 

The other, just some random that set a bounty on me as soon as I dropped out of the clouds, so I returned the favor before leaving the apartment.

 

It really is kind of useless to me. But eh...I'll keep the cash when it's placed on me...cause cash is cash.

not so much OP just see less 9k bounties then we used to see now it's nothing but 1k even then when you take it they get butthurt...idk if they don't have the money to put 9k bounties though, the only time you get a decent is either they jack a car.

I almost never have bounties set on me. It's ussually just from stealing random cars in freeroam.

All good things come to an end even if not everyone was a Billionaire. The money was glitched and gifted by DNS fiddlers so we shouldn't have had it. Still, it was a golden age in GTA O that shall sadly never be repeated.

Seriously? You've seen one bounty? You must have only played the game for about 10 minutes in total, or always in solo or invite only. There's at least 1 bounty in every session I go in, and usually 2 or 3. I both place them and chase them, purely for the fun of it.

They rarely happen now because people don't have enough money. Majority of the time a person with a bounty will just hide in their apartment, so it ruins the fun anyway.

Nothing beat the billion bounties with the whole lobby going mad after one guy.

 

Now people don't even care if you have a bounty, I i get one now I just let them kill me to get it over with.

I think they could make it interesting by making a rotation system, if someone kill's a bounty then someone else in the lobby get's a random bounty. Never happen.. but thought about it earlier today. Anyway's I never leave a lobby unless I need to do something in real life at the moment.

I'm on ps3 and I love putting $9000 bounties on random players whether I'm in free aim or auto aim sessions. I don't care what happens to my victims but I only put it on the higher ranks and lobby hop. I sometimes call mercenaries on high ranks I myself am 299. As payback I usually get cheap bounties but if they give me 7000 or 9000 ill stay in that lobby for a bit till someone kills me then I leave.

I can hardly remember the last time someone set a bounty on me, apart from NPCs which happens all the time. I think the last time was when a friend of mine popped into the session briefly, put a 9K bounty on me and left.

 

The only time I do it is if I have one and I'm being chased, I sometimes stick a 1K bounty on my pursuer(s) and use it to make escape easier. Just for fun really.

I do something along those lines sometimes. I'll go off and do my own thing without interacting with people, but if the message xxx has claimed the bounty from yyy, then I bounty xxx a couple of minutes later. When someone kills them, they get bountied a couple of minutes later, and so on and so on. Obviously it falls over due to the fact that you can only bounty someone once and then you have to wait for a cool down on that person. If that happens I usually pick a random and bounty them.
