Yeah seeing as the heist preparation room is in high end apartments it must be to do with heists

I had that message about a year ago when all I had was a garage bruh

It's a message we all receive, everyone seems to think it has to do with the heist planning board in high end apartments..

An oversight on R* s part seeing how heists haven't been released yet.

its speculated(and pretty likely if you ask me) it has something to do with heists

It doesn't have anything to do with heists, it's just trying to get you to buy a shark card to buy an expensive house when you're new to the game.

Had that ages ago, even though I already had a high end apartment (or two, i don't remember). It is a reference to the fact that the high end apartments all come with a spare room/study that is obviously intended to be used as a heist preparation room. It was obviously added when they were still expecting heists to be released shortly after the game was released. At the moment it is kind of meaningless as we are still waiting on the heists, which have been coming 'soon' for a year now.

 

Thinking about it, back when you could only have one apartment or a garage being forced to have a high end apartment would have meant that alot of the apartments and all the garages would have been pointless as you couldn't do heists.
