NEED HELP FINDING RARE VEHICLE

first of all sorry bout the caps rape. now to get to teh point of dis post im trying to find a Vapid benson on story mode, i have watched videos went to wiki game guides allllll that sh*t NOTHING worked now can someone help me find one

Personally, I haven't found the benson to be a rare vehicle - the docks are full of them.

what time of day? i havent seen any.

Any time of day, really.

 

The problem is that it takes some time for the game to change the vehicles spawning, and even then you'll be waiting until the Benson gets picked from all the other choices. When looking for a specific vehicle, you'll generally have to look for quite a long time unless the vehicles has a specific spawn.
