I don't think you'd want one after seeing the interiors of current gen cars. The steering wheel doesn't even move.

 

Anyway, it probably would kill R* to do that, I mean, it's one of their main selling points for Next/current (whatever) gen V.

The Shamal / Luxor and Miljet, I hope you can look around and see that beautiful cockpit and the passenger seats on the back. Hell, maybe now you can actually see the whole passenger section of the plane if you're travelling on the seats in first person?

 

And just imagine if the Jet / 747 has the actual interior of a Boeing 747...

I often drive 100+ miles plus when I travel to away football games - I just dont find it hard because I can actually control a car myself.

 

We just call it a manual transmission over here rather than "stick shift".

Every car I've ever owned has been a manual. But you and I are exceptions. He was simply poking fun at the fact that, like, 95% of the cars sold in the US are slushboxes. You can't even buy manual transmission fluid in stores where I live...

First person mode isn't just about parenting a camera to the model's head.

 

There are different sets of asset required to make a first person mode, such as:

1. New models. Hands, some games also show legs. Not sure if they come as higher poly too.

 

2. New higher resolution textures. You're seeing your gun and hands up close. You'll be mad if they give you 'memory conserving' quality textures like in 3rd person mode - yet that doesn't mean 3rd person texture is super low quality.

 

3. New animations. As you can see in the new first person trailer. Different running style, different grenade throwing, etc. to fit the first person view.

I hope they are not all based off current interiors, lots of cars share interiors. Like the Adder and 9F have the same interior, so do many others, just sayin.

Anyone notice this? first pic is the interior of an Entity XF, second picture is from the first person gameplay. They look similar even where the AC is so could it be the dashboard the Entity XF will use?

 

 

 

Indeed they look similar.. it might actually be an Överflöd Entity XF targa version (Koenigsegg CC8S) !!!

But I must say, I'm not very impressed if that's supposed to be the PS4 interior of an Överflöd/Koenigsegg...

I mean Överflöd is a Swedish word and it means abundance/wealth/almost excess.of luxury.

I noticed the other day that if your car has an oversized bug catcher on the hood it is impossible to enter a first person view. Wonder what it will look like on nextgen.

Check the Comet out, it has a pretty cool interior. I wonder if that big screen will display the song name as well, instead of just the radio itself like in the trailer. This screen is bigger than the one we saw in the trailer so who knows. That'd be pretty cool.

 

BTW, when you get into an airplane/heli, the character pushes a few buttons to start it. I wonder how that will look in first person

So apparently the Surano and the Entity XF are sharing the same textures in the LG version..

Nope, here's a Coquette Classic: I checked my garages and found out that it is a Benefactor Surano: So apparently the Surano and the Entity XF are sharing the same textures in the LG version..I certainly hope that's not the case with the NG version. Here's the Entity XF again:Damn. It should be though it looks similar to the dash in a real corvette stingray.

Im excited to see my sanking and turismo r interior, I like the red glow in the sandking now and I hope it stays that way. I hope they keep the luxury in the enus cars and that everything doesn't have benefactor steering wheels haha
