I hate the apts. To much wasted time, also video game booze, pot, strippers don't do much for me. I have the 2 10 car garages on popular st and murietta close to everything.

Gotta have a crib, and an extra car warehouse never hurts. Have apt on north end of SA and garage at south end. That way I'm never too far from a quick escape.

I have apartments so that I can do those things if I want to, but I mainly just go in and out of the garage. Saying that, I recently moved both apartments and I'm really pleased with them. I moved from the top floor of Richards Majestic into the one with the new interior, and got a little place right near Trevor's. They're both really nice and it was nice to have a change,

Both but I prefer having an apartment. Taking a full glass of a healthy green juice is a good way to kick start your day before wrecking havoc in LS plus its good to spy on some players when I sometimes get bored.

To be honest, I can't remember where that comes from. I'm pretty sure that Lester suggests you get an apartment and says something about having more space, and then that probably turned into a thread here about how it proves Rockstar are holding back heists.

I still have the first apt I bought at the Richards Majestic #51, saved ages for it and will keep it. But my second property I change all the time. Currently it's Tinsel Towers. Last week a 10 car garage, week before a six car apt. Next week who knows. I have no preference just doing a tour.

Have one Luxury apt. and one of the houses on each char... i like the feeling/interior of the houses more but uhm yeah a city apt. is just a good central hideout ( and of course everybody need a heist room... ;D )

 

But well there was a time i owned a luxury apt and 10 car garage on both chars... but personally i think muscle and off-road cars don't fit the 10 car garage interior... just a personal taste i think ^^

Apartments are useless ever since you could spawn into your garage. The only reason i still have one at eclipse is b/c of the somewhat recent money glitches from a few patches ago.

 

otherwise i just spawn at my Supply St. garage and use the eclipse towers one for vehicle storage

I own Weazel Plaza and Richard Majestic because:

 

1) I want an apartment for Heists (lol)

2) They're just across the road from each other. Closer than any other apartments / garages in fact.

 

I set my spawn location to 'Last Location' a while ago now. I'll visit my garages whenever I want to switch cars so having them close to one another is very handy, but for the most part I like starting my day out on the road. Reminds me of the good old days when all I had was a pistol, a Dominator and about 3k in the bank.

never owned or wanted an apartment. only owned a garage and bought a second when they gave us second properties. except for heist maybe playing a role in having an apartment, i see no real reason to have one really IMO.

Having 2 apartments that both come with 10 storage garages. I have 2 in the Eclipse apartments. Can't wait to own a third one some time next year. Having apartments does wonders for you.

Seriously? You don't remember? It's always been in the game so it isn't unconfirmed. And it wasn't something made up on the forums.

 

While I don't truck with Cash Card Conspiracies...I'm also not down with revisionist history either.

 

It's one of the reasons everyone (except yourself) grinded to get the top level apartment so quickly after launch. Because we wanted to be prepared for the heists Lester instructed us on in game.

 

Pretending that this was something "Bitter Bettys" made up on the forum is highly disingenuous.
