It gets annoying, and people will find the topic eventually so just be patient. This game was very poorly optimized as said above, so no it probably will not run well on your PC. You should invest in a better computer, you're missing out big time not playing/modding this awesome game on PC, and you'll be missing out when GTA V gets released for PC as well (January 27th...
