Think you should get friends first, play with them daily and pick out those that suit your play style.. then start the crew. The other way round is faster but most likely will be unorganised

I have friends I play with for awhile thats also not a problem its more of style of gameplay in other words people take the game way to serious and I want fun people who are mature and active mic or not noob or not just straight fun people
