The first ones are most likely renders as opposed to ingame pictures. The last one is ingame and I'd presume it's in Chinatown or the surrounding areas (judging from the floor pattern).

This is the area where the subway station is. In the Alpha it was much larger and there was no subway station.

The game sure was a lot brighter and "cleaner" looking in early development. I remember someone posting a comparison picture at this location in the final game, it's a lot grittier now than it was then. It almost looks like Liberty City Stories.

Looks like the windows were also breakable, unless they're just sh*tty textures.

I found out that the Portland extension was some sort of penitentiary along with a power plant. I'm not sure if it's a power plant or not but one thing's for certain, there should be the penitentiary. I've added some rendered models (plant parts) just for reference.

Beta Donald Love. Most people didn't know about this. He was skinny and had a white shirt and a pink, striped tie. It is not confirmed yet if it was Donald or not but in the game script there's a character called "Nick Love". Could be DL's beta name.

Rockstar Games' III wallpapers. The Love Media one had these renders of beta DL on it. It's nice, huh? Such small stuff bringing up so much.

It's not something new but it is something forgotten.

I know this question is probably going to lead to a dead end but who knows, there's probably a glimmer of hope - does anyone know or or have any more pictures of this sort of building? I saw it from one of the early renders and decided to make it myself, and I was wondering if there were any other pictures of the model or if the render was the only picture of it ever.
