Is the development of mods in GTA 4 already dead?I haven't seen any mods lately. A blackout mod would be a good mod. Or a script that will destoy helicopters (like in watch dogs V, julioNIB's mod)... And a newer heist mod. Thanks!

Hey, i recently decided to start modding GTA IV again and i am looking for a mod that replaces the timecyc with something that isn't as dull looking. I don't want to get enb or any of those.

Could someone please convert the 1967 Buick Electra 225 and LeSabre vehicles from Need For Speed: Most Wanted, because the person who made the conversions already made them VIP, which really sucks. Author won't even respond to PMs either, which is just selfish.

 

I'd really, really appreciate it if someone had done this, because paying to download a car mod conversion from another game is unacceptable and unfair, and IV is way more enjoyable to me (and possibly others) because I am a big fan of classic cars.

I just have one niggling question to vent out here.

 

Why hasn't someone made a pre-1973 NYPD/LCPD car? In fact, why is the market for 70s (police) cars for GTA IV so small, yet (as of end of May 2016) in GTA V, there's a whole bunch of 70s cars and other mods on GTA5Mods and all those other sites?

The same applies for GTA IV also. I have 35 added cars from 1970-1979, and an additional 9 modded cars, for a total of 44 cars from the 1970s.

There are probably the same amount of 1970s cars for GTA V also, but surely not all of the ones that are readily available for IV.

Perhaps some groundwork for this could be done if someone took the time to convert the 1972 Plymouth Fury III vehicle mod from San Andreas, to GTA IV, and then one of the LCPDFR modders could possibly apply their modeling expertise to the model in order to create a proper 1970s LCPD/NYPD/____ police car for IV. In fact, there are several 1970s cars that still have yet to be converted from SA to IV/V that no one even bothered to do.

 

My personal request was for someone to convert the 1977 Checker Marathon Cab for SA to IV, because the conversion that already exists is payware, and I respectfully refuse to pay for a model conversion for a game that can otherwise be done by someone else for free. Unfortunately, no one has done this yet.

I've been modding the weaponinfo.xml file of EFLC, mostly the TLAD one, and managed to turn the Sweeper into a drive by weapon (its made to be one, just that its only drive by use was as a passenger in a mission, here I just added a command and made it a permanent drive by weapon.). I've been thinking of releasing it, but I need one more step, an exchange if you might call it that.

I've seen videos of people modding the default weaponinfo.xml file (that includes the default weapons) into making the Shotgun a driveby weapon as well, I've added the command (flags) used by the TLAD drive by weapons (goes something a long the lines of "can be used as drive by"), and it only aims, think someone could help me with this, I tried applying the method of making the anims those of the sawn off shotgun, and it works, but when aiming on land it crashes the game, etc.

I would really appreciate a mod that replaces North Holland Hustler/M.O.B. models with the East Side Ballas from GTA V. I don't know codes or anything but I have a few pictures.

- a dancing script that loops and does not bug inside TBoGT Bahama's mamas dancefloor

- very common american pickups/suv like pics below

- cats roaming the streets

(- and eventually a dive jump script like V)

I'd like to request a retexture for TLAD's m_y_gangels_03, so that he belongs to The Lost MC; removing any AOD tattoos and replacing AOD patches and words on shirts with those of The Lost MC. Edit: I have now done this myself.

 

And if you'd like some extra work, retexture m_y_glost_01 and 02 so that they're a part of the Angels Of Death.

Hello!

I was searching and then waiting for a car to appear among hundreds of car mods for GTA IV for quite a long time! The car I was waiting for - Mercedes-Benz C63 S AMG Coupe (w205)! There is a lot of mods for the older generation (w204) of C63, but not a single mod for the new one!
I would be very thankful and happy if someone could make a C63 S AMG Coupe (w205) for GTA IV!

Can someone make a non-ScriptHook mod for IV / EFLC that decreases the radius of the police search area when I have an wanted level, and reduce time required after going out of the search area to escape police and do lose easier current wanted level? I searched but there seems to be still nothing similar made.
