Can anyone make a mod where the last car you drove will be teleported back to you properly parked when you get wasted/busted? The car's health should be the same health when I left it.

i would love to see this bus replace the liberty city transit texture bus into this one right here its a Suffolk county bus i know there are buses like the nyct buses but i would love to see what it would look like for gta 4 if someone could make this that would be great

Hello Everyone

I am New To GTAFORUMS,

And i Want to Say That Can Someone Please make a MOD to DISABLE SHADOWS IN GTA V, i tried that Settings.xml several times NOTHING HAPPENS... just Loads with 800x600 Resolution and Shadows on, Please Someone Help Me, i Want To Play GTA V at a GOOD FPS... i Run Everything to the Lowest it runs like 15 to 20 FPS, but i am sure if i DISABLE the SHADOWS it Might Run Upto 25 or maybe Above...

 

*My Specs*

=> Core i3 3rd Gen 1.9Ghz

=> 4 GB DDR3 RAM

=> Intel HD Graphics 4000

=> Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Can someone convert Assetto Corsa's Akagi map into IV? (Which I believe it was the same like in rFactor?) Because I love the scenery of the trees and bushes on Akagi Mountain pass map.

Can Someone take 2 wheels and make an AXEL mod from Twisted Metal Pretty please? EFLC would be sweet there was a model made for flatout 2 but sadly its gone. it shouldn't be that hard to do if it takes 2 big wheels. use the wheels from the APC from TBOGT if you can.

I would like a mod that puts GTA 5 pedal into the GTA 4 game. It would also be good if the cars were converted as well. This would work good with the GTA V map mod for GTA 4.

This is my noob's understanding of car mods, but if you could get any Ferrari Italia mod into OpenIV, but just edit the texture to get the Grotti badges (using Photoshop), it would work? Just a guess.

I don't know if this is the right topic for ask for a simple script (well, in my head sounds simple, coding it it's another story).

Thing is, there's a lot of cool skins for the player.ped, we have Deadpool, Batman, Superman, Iron Man, etc... but we really have nothing to do, just play the side regular missions after the game is complete. So I propose a simple, configurable mission script.

 

So, my idea is, to have a script that works this way:

 

1- The missions should be simple, to not overload the CPU and cause crashes. Something like, you have a blip on the map, when you get to that blip, you find a Crime boss and a bunch of mobs. You need to take the boss down to complete the mission. Sometimes, the script should send a mob after the player in a car, and attack the player, to spice up things a little.

 

2- The mobs should be configurable through an .ini file. You can set the Crime Boss energy, Crime Boss weapon, which ped type will be the boss, which ped type will be the mobs. Why? Maybe you're playing with Batman skin. You can use a Batman enemy skin in a ped (let's say the Joker), and configure the Crime Boss for be the ped you replaced with the Joker skin. This way, the mod can be used for any kind of skin you are using it. You're playing like Superman? Use Apokalypse skin in the Boss. You are Spider Man? Use Venom skin.

 

3- Mission Points: Let's say the script starts with 3 different points to go to fight a different Crime Boss and mobs. Every Boss and mobs you take down, you earn mission points. If you achieve a certain number of points, a new mission unlocks. This way, it's more fun: you have meaningful reasons to beat the mobs. If you beat a mob while the Boss is still alive, you earn points. After the Boss is dead, the mission is ended. So you can use strategy: go to the boss and kill him fast, but earn less points than if you killed all crooks before killing the boss.

 

4- Another configurations in the .ini file: Number of missions, points necessary to unlock a mission, number of mobs and bosses that spawn in the mission, coordinates for the places where boss and mobs will appear (better if the mod has pre-established points in the map, so you just config by selecting the place by name or number. For example: "Airport". You set this name and the mission takes place in the airport), auto-start mod, manual mod start (with configurable key to activate).

 

5- The .ini file to configure the missions could be like this:

Number of Bosses: 2

 

Boss1 Ped: ig_luis

Boss1 Weapon: MEELE

Boss1 health points: 1000

 

Boss2 Ped: ig_johnnybiker

Boss2 Weapon: MEELE

Boss2 health points: 1000

 

Mission points to unlock: 5

 

Place: Subway3

That's all, I don't think it's that hard to implement a mod like this, since we see a ton of mods that spawn characters in the map, I think the only part that can be more difficult is to set the mission points part, but even this part wouldn't be that hard, compared to mods like Spider Man gameplay mod, Ghost Rider mod, race creator mod, etc... It's a mission script to make all of our GTA transformations meaningful (before someone says: "if it's that easy, why YOU don't make the script?". Simple, I don't know how to program, and I think this idea would be very useful to lot's of players).

Hi guys, just want to say that I asked the help of a great friend that knows C# (but he doesn't play GTA IV haha), and he is helping me to create the script to design your own missions, that will allow you to config the ped model for the bosses, the mobs, etc. If everything goes well, we will have a reason to play with different character skins other than fooling around in the map. Now Spider Man will face Venom, Terminator will face skinless terminators, Batman will face the joker, etc... keep the fingers crossed!

How to install 2 map mods together?

I installed Countryside Mountains V, game works well.

But when I install Stunt Speedway Park, the game crashes.

Hi guys this is my first time posting here.

I would love to make a GTA IV ped model of Omar Little from HBO's The Wire, and I realized not long ago that Badman kinda looks like him, so I modified him in Autodesk, I made his skin darker and his nose and lips thinner to make him look like Omar, I added his iconic scar, along with the trench coat, his do-rag and bulletproof vest, I exported it and replaced the original Badman model.

OpenIV displays him without a problem but when I spawn him the game crashes. I managed to spawn him once but I could only see his head and hands.

Could anyone help me? It took me a long time to modify the model, I could upload it wherever you want so you guys can see it. I would really appreciate any kind of help, it would be a pity to waste so much time on this for nothing :(

Would it be possible for someone to make a Mod that looks like a Rave / Festival something similar to "EDC" aka "Electronic Daisy Carnival" with like 3 stages with djs on the stage and a bunch of crazy looking npc's in the crowd?


Since it is October it would be awesome if we could get a Halloween Mod for Michael Myers :)

let me start with this HELP!!!!!!!!!!

i downloaded the fps mod for gta iv and it does not work.

so i googled it and found out it was the patch i was using so i downloaded the compatible patch and ran the game the game ran fine but when i insatlled the mod the F ing crashes help me please.

The cut scene ones don't work. Also not sure if it is possible to transfer a ped model from V (where a working in game model does exist) to IV, although I note from OpenIV they have different file extensions so I expect this is not easy.

V's Johnny was transfered to IV, so I'm guessing getting ULPC would be possible too.
