Made this request in the old thread, but never got anywhere. Hopefully this time someone can figure something out.

 

Could someone write a script that alters the player's health? As of right now the player's health by default is at 400. That's 4x the amount that a normal ped, like a Cop, has. It takes sixteen shots from the pistol (25 damage) to kill the player. I've made a couple mods that sort of "fix" this, but they're pretty messy. Altering the WeaponInfo.dat, the pedpersonality.dat, the handling.dat, and the explosionFx.dat files to increase the toughness of peds and vehicles, while increasing the damage of the explosions and weapons to give the illusion that the player's health has been lowered.

 

Scripts that were posted in the old topic though would just set the player's health to 100 - not actually setting it to 100. So you would be stuck looking at the small flashing red bar on the HUD, and the game thinks you're at low health. This could cause problems with a number of scripts.

 

tl;dr: Script that sets the player's health to 100, as opposed to the default 400. Not lowering it to 100.

I'd really love it if someone converted the 1967 Chevelle SS and 1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt from Forza 4 to GTA IV.

I made a thread for this, but was directed here. Could somebody port the Bravado DuneLoader from gta V to IV. Gta V is not on pc yet, and i love the duneloader. So could somebody please port it? A picture of it is below:

Are there any health regeneration scripts out there similar to GTA V's (healing starts after a few seconds, regenerates slowly up to 50%) or Red Dead Redemption's Hardcore (regeneration starts after 7 seconds, takes about ten seconds to go from ~25% to 100%)?

 

Preferably requiring just an .asi loader or ScriptHook.dll, not ScriptHook.net.

You're right, but have they ever been made? The only ones I've been able to find do regenerate health, but normally just refill health every few ticks.

JulioNIB made one in his V Style mod, but that's .NET, not ASI.

The thing is that one has an ugly snowplow, i'm talking about a duneloader that is un-modified.

Might as well bring it up again, anyone know of any riot scripts that aren't ridiculously unstable? Something that gives all the peds weapons, attacking each other and Niko, etc.?

There isn't a tool that I know of, but if you look at the readme file for the Tsunami mod, it tells you how to change the wave size.

 

 

Put the file "water.dat" in Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data or change the values in the water.dat file. Heres the code:

-2999.0 2999.0 14.200 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 2999.0 2999.0 14.200 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 -2999.0 -2999.0 14.200 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 2999.0 -2999.0 14.200 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 13 1.38

* be sure to backup your original water.dat in case you want to restore it later

* 2999.0 = water plane size (vertex coordinates)

* 14.200 = height of the water plane (vertex z-axis)

* 13 = big waves

* 1.38 = unstable waves

I have seen a lot of car mods that use real life car designs instead of GTA HD canon cars. Like for example, I havent found any Vapid Stanier ASP (Alderney State Police) cars, only Ford Crown Victorias. I would like to someday play GTA LCPDFR with canon police cars. Are there any out there?

> Load save.
> Spawn as randomly generated ped (parameters for character generation can be set in an .ini)

> killing members of one gang causes rep with rival gangs to go up> unless you spawn into a gang, members of any gang will follow you around and harass you if you're on their turf and attack you if you hang around too long> all gang members attack rival gang members on sight> X number of kills against Gang A means they will start attacking you on sight (despite whether or not you spawn into their gang), Rival Gang B will no longer harass you> Y number of kills against Gang A will make Rival Gang B start following you around on their turf, Gang A may randomly start fights on Gang B's turf and vice versa> Z number of kills against Gang A will cause Gang A to send hitsquads after you, and Rival Gang B will send bodyguards to protect you, fights constantly rage on both turfs> Relationships between gangs will carry over into next character, but not with the perks that the last ped had
