It would be great if the lighting in the 10 Green Bottles pub could be improved by using warmer colors and adding some transitions of light intensity on the celing and walls like on the ground. Right now, as seen on the screenshots, it doesn't look cozy, it looks dark and cold like in a cave.

For comparison, other interiors have much warmer colors:

goodidea82, that's a bar in a ghetto, in Grove-controlled territories. Probably owned by Grove as well. Why shall it be having a good lightning if these dudes are not ones like Franklin from GTA V who robs banks and stuff like that?

Not for story reasons. I'm a fan of mini games and would like to play pool in the bar. It shouldn't look as bright as the kitchen does, but if the atmosphere was nicer it would be much more fun to play there. It seems that someone else also supports my request.

Really ambitious project. I remember how happy I was when Enterable Hidden Interiors mod came out years ago. And now, you've pushed the idea forward. I respect that, I like that, I'm looking forward to see more and more progress.

However, so far, I've noticed there's not so many interiors done - maybe it's a little too early to start the promotional campaing on the forum, if you know what I mean? Speaking of experience - big mods require a lot of time and will to be done - and Open SA would be difficult to finish even if it only focused on Los Santos. Of course I'm not trying to insinuate that you won't finish the mod or it's too complex, whatever. All I'm trying to point is, you've decided to show it for the whole world to see very early - and this is a serious responsibility. A lot of people wait for this project, I personally keep my fingers crossed for it. Hope you can do it.

Alright, TheD, this message sounds like it wants to be answered.

Let's start about EHI. First of all, when I was starting this mod it wasn't inspired by EHI. Second, there is a scripter named Andre500 (who is also in our team) who have made such a mod called 'Int Open Mod' a long ago - even with its own interior editor specially made for enthusiasts.
About promotional campaign. It would take time for people to learn what the mod is all about. It's name is 'Open San Andreas', it is not obvious for people (I guess) what does it do until they take a peek at it. So, I decided to show up and keep people in track of our progress.
Regarding mod's affection zone. Name of the mod is Open San Andreas not for instance. It is supposed to be a lot of work to be done all over the state.
Considering your wise statement about big mods' experience. We are russians. Russians never give up! :evilgrin:
...Well, if to be more particular... If it ever happens that team falls apart, I will gather another one and so on. If it won't be success for me to find the crew for the mod, I will try and force my team out to finish assets we own at the moment - e.g. the mod will turn into 'Open Los Santos', if you know what I mean.

As for the rest of your statements, I can only thank you since you seem to be really caring. All that feedback we got, it also inspirates us to work further. We like the mod idea too, and I think everybody dreamt of a mod like that since GTA IV came out (just like me or Nellsen did).

We will do our best. You can count on us, we're set to finish it no matter how long does it take.

artginPL, good to see you again. The best would be if OSA and EHI could be used together, because there is no way they can create as many open buildings as you have created markers. When OSA is published, could you update EHI to make both compatible (i.e. removing markers for buildings that can be entered via OSA)?

artginPL, I'm afraid not. We are not planning to release betas, alphas and so on. We are planning on releasing full version and SAMP edition version (which contains no script actually).
goodidea82, time will show us if we do open much enough interiors, might it?

Great mod! but when on the burglar mission... most of the houses are enterable, so how will you do that?

NightHawk107, we are thinking of remaking every house if possible. Our head scripter, Andre500, said after some analysis that practically it is possible to move burglary system in this world. Though I don't know yet. First things first though. We are going to make those of our plan first, then we'll probably get to burglary ones.


When the time comes, I'll ask him to do some test movements for a particular house and to see if it is possible to rob it.

Nice idea! I really like it that you even create interiors that weren't actually shown in the cutscenes (BSs House).

But some Interiors might be a problem though. I don't know what R* had in mind when they actually created the interiors but

most interiors are WAY bigger than the house itself. Like Sweets house. The kitchen is actually inside the garage :p

GTAGAME ☑, yeah, we know right about these missfitting interiors. As of Sweet's house, we're leaving the garage door be though physically there is no space for cars at all. As of other interiors that are smaller, we are making our own interpretations based on original ones.

I have mods where Sweet and other characters are found in their interiors, will this mod affect that mod? Because as much as I want this mod I also don't want to remove that mod. Both mods are realistic and enhance the world. If it does affect it could you please add in models into the enterable interiors.

Well mate, I can only say that this CLEO mod of yours won't work. Also it's not the point of the mod to add Sweet and such, you know. You might just ask somebody who knows CLEO to move Sweet later on or just look into it yourself. It's really simple.

I have a suggestion and i know that this mod is not the GTA V map but i think i need to post it here

the suggestion is when you get in ammunition in GTA V and buy weapons,the weapons will be on the wall,can any one make this but the question here is is this is a mapping thing or scripting or what ?

Loay209, I think it's possible to put a weapon on the wall. Though I don't know if we'll remake the system from GTA V to GTA SA. I think we'll make original one first, then we'll just see.
