Just had a random thought if anyone would care to venture a response. I was thinking about the fact that there are no animals online and although I would imagine it probably wasn't ideal with letting the PS3/360 try to handle the information and loading, I still feel that maybe there won't be animals online with the current gens because maybe (and I really don't know why) but maybe animals online was just not recommended by R* lawyers for example...and maybe, this is connected to the fact that there are no tits online. ...And just as I'm writing this I am rememebering that RDR had animals online which kinda renders my point invalid...eh...hmmm

 

Edit: My point was kinda relying on - they didn't have tits on last gen so they won't again and they didn't have animals on last gen so they won't again (dispite hardware being able to handle it)

Big American titties could be seen at the "playboy mansion".

I don't understand why there would be a difference between single player and online? Animal killing in a virtual environment has no real affects in the real world environment.

I don't understand why there would be a difference between single player and online? Animal killing in a virtual environment has no real affects in the real world environment.I couldn't understand why there are tits in SP but not online but now that ive been informed that there are tits at the playboy mansion...well...I just...don't even...pfft.

I would have preordered...if the minimum download wasn't 55gb. Quicker to go to the store

I would have preordered...if the minimum download wasn't 55gb. Quicker to go to the store

 

They will let you preload it beforehand. It's either preload it and play right off the bat when it comes out, or get the disk and install those 50GBs then...

They will let you preload it beforehand. It's either preload it and play right off the bat when it comes out, or get the disk and install those 50GBs then...

It took less than 10 seconds for my ps4 to load shadow of mordor...which is roughly 30gig. The ps4 is actually extremely fast when loading from disc

I have the money to buy a new console and stuff, and I know they're adding all of this stuff as an incentive to buy the new version of their game ( and also an Xbox One or PS4 ), but it's kind of bullsh*t how they're adding all of this sh*t only for the new consoles. PS3 and Xbox 360 users kind of get screwed with this, and there are a lot of people out there who can't afford to buy a new console + $60 dollars for the game...it would be nice if they at least added SOME new content to the "old gen"...this isn't a bitch an moan post, I'm just saying R* should at least give somewhat of a sh*t about the people out there who can't afford a new console...and the people here who are saying oh get a job you lazy potheads, and sh*t like that obviously don't have a very good concept on money, don't have to support a family, or their mommy and daddy bought them an Xbox one or PS4.

 

I know it all comes down to marketing, but damn it's not like R* can't afford to do it, they're rolling in $.

Most of the suspicion is due to TLaD and TBoGT in GTA IV as the new songs were added yet replaced. But given this is the same game, (No Official DLC) chances are they'll only be added.

Does anyone else think that the rail gun is going to be used by low skill players,trolls and squeekers.

 

And the duke will replace the zentorno as the squeekers car of choice because of the metal covered windows which will mean that everyone will have to stock up on stickys and rpgs because the driver will be protected from bullets.

Think about it, it's a transfer exclusive, you have to do missions or an event in SP to get it, and it has properties unique to the normal variant.

 

Just like the..........Space Docker.

When I went back and played SP after a few months of only playing Online, I found it comparatively more peaceful, more populated and much more immersive than Online...Could live with most of the content being SP only as I will no doubt complete the SP again to see the differences and in doing so get my monies worth out of the game again (I usually look at the $/hr entertainment value of things if I feel like justifying them haha)

Who cares about a character being deleted, when your next character would have been gifted billions the first free-roam lobby you entered. Now its just everybody griefing like a bunch of braindead imbecil children, getting broke and having to grind the same old boring missions after that just to buy more ammo. And then the griefing goes on.

 

PS the characters being deleted was also a user error. If you pressed refresh on the 'could not join session' screen, you deleted your own character to begin with. Sure it was a bad joke from R*, but still you pressed 'refresh' without knowing what you were about to refresh.

I'm probably one of the few people who doesn't see any point in progressing through GTAO if every just...gets millions by glitching. And yes,if user or any other kind of error,people were still losing characters. Probably the only people who call them "good" times are glitchers and modders but hey,whatever you're into.

You don't know this stuff won't make it to last gen consoles. That was never said.

 

In fact, rockstar DID say that after update 1.18, 20gb PS3s will not be able to run the game anymore. If that tells you anything, it should tell you that 1.18 is going to be a substantial update. Whether 1.18 coincides with the current gen release or comes out later is the question.
