what texture do franklins boots use in the JSJ smart approach? They are a black version of the work boots. Or the FC jacket franklin buys from suburban in the gameplay trailer? Also in the beta trevor wore reguler glasses instead on sunglasses in scouting the port. Any idea what texture they use?

The feet drawable code is 0x00000001 but there is no black texture(Only two textures [both are brown textures]0x00000000 and 0x00000002) 0x00000001 and 0x00000003 make his feet invisible. You can get the jacket for Franklin ,however some parts of the decal was removed from the game. I know which glasses frame it is for Trevor , but there is no way to get the clear texture on those sunglasses. Rockstar is evil.

thank you for trying. I always wondered why they would remove small items like franklins jacket tshirt, michaels white suit, trevors bandana etc, so close to release despite screenshots of the items being released a month or two before the game launched. The beta thread goes into detail about cut items like this. thanks again

Completed

All of the outfits have been found. (Torso and legs)

There is nothing else in special 2

All of the Head prop index have been found.

Hair cuts and facial hair has been found.

Hand drawables / textures have been found.

All of Special 1 codes for Michael have been found.

Found all of the other Miscellaneous prop codes.

I found some special 1 codes for Trevor and Franklin and the texture code for special 2 code for the bag

 

Franklin Special 1

0x00000006 Nothing

0x00000010 Blue tie

0x00000011 Blue tie

0x00000012 Firefighter Oxygen Tank and Mask with working flashlight

0x00000013 Scuba tank (Will not stay on character)

0x00000014 Fancy watch and Bracelet

Why does Franklin need so many blue ties? :blink:

HA HA very funny. Rockstar sure like to give Franklin a lot of Blue ties.

Yes I did mean by his black balaclava.

 

Also Michael had two beta Prolouge outfits

 

-The Alpha One Was his jewel store job loud approach outfit with a default bike helmet

 

-The Beta one Was His Ludundorff outfit with a default balaclava

Is there a tutorial on how to find clothing values .. Example.. Joggers, adversary mode jerseys, body armor, ceo body vest, tron shoes, race shoes.. I want to put them on my SP character

If by your SP character you mean story mode, then you can't. If you're playing on PC I'd say the easiest way is to use a trainer to get the clothes you want. PS4 and XONE, I don't think you can do this on there.

Franklin has some unused underwear textures:

Leg (Drawable): 0x00000012

Leg (Texture):

White (default) 0x00000000

Grey (Unused) 0x00000001

Black (Unused) 0x00000002

Different White (Unused) 0x00000003

Green with patterns (Unused) 0x00000004

White with patterns (Unused) 0x00000005

 

Franklin has an unused golf glove texture:

Hand (Drawable): 0x00000002

Hand  Texture

Black (Default) 0x00000000

White (Unused texture) 0x00000001

i'm trying to get the Juggernaut outfit for Franklin.

 

now... color me confused.

i don't understand where to put these values in.

what are 0x11 etc? i don't see that anywhere in clothing editor.

The numbers such as 0x11 and etc. were used on the very old builds of the save editor. The developer of save editor changed the number value to a easy to understand editor (ex. Torso Drawable)

Since you are using the newer version.

 

Torso (Drawable) is (0x11)

 

Leg (Drawable) is (0x12)

 

Hair (Drawable) is (0x10)

 

Special 1 ( Drawable) is (0x16)

 

Special 2 (Drawable) is (0x17)

 

Decal (drawable) is (0x18)

 

Head Prop index is (0x28)

hello im kinds new with this save editor thi g. I havr the latest version, so when i open the clothes editor, the Entry ID(hex) do not show up as a  number but as the name of the part of the body or clothing, so that makes it really hard for me to know where to put each hex hhash. also theres one that says Padding on top .Please can anybody give me some help? id be so gratefull.

Ignore padding. The drawable and texture is the only thing that you need to focus on. Drawable is clothing item. Texture is the color variation (some items don't have color variations). The old builds utilized the number system, but the developer wanted to make the editing the hashes easy for users to to use on the newer builds.

 

Torso (Drawable) is (0x11) (Shirts)

 

Leg (Drawable) is (0x12) (Pants)

 

Hair (Drawable) is (0x10)

 

Special 1 ( Drawable) is (0x16)

 

Special 2 (Drawable) is (0x17)

 

Decal (drawable) is (0x18)

 

Head Prop index is (0x28) (Hats)

What about the gloves? I don't understand what you are saying.

 

The character will  automatically remove off the scuba tank when not in the ocean and not in a vehicle.

Ok so i know this thread is almost dead but i came back as i found the hexes for the grown out hair for both Michael & Trevor:

  • Michael: 0x00000003
  • Trevor: 0x00000004

as well as answer some of the questions that have been about.

  • Accessory: 0x00000007
  • Extra: 0x00000001
  • Torso/Legs Texture: 0x0000000E

Unfortunately no, Trevor does not have a Mercenary Vest, The closest you could get is the gruppe sechs torso which is: 0x00000008

You can also not get a parachute that stays on as the character will just take it off.
