WindowLightingIntensity in INI & consult this pic, might help. Notice at nightime hours the different names, it's because we mostly know what the daytime settings do (or you could create a TimecycIV/EditIV daytime folder, and then another for editing night time if you want) during the day.

 

 

Check this thread for the UNKp.ini or whole program with the changes I made, might help, might confuse you. But at least you could use my Unkp.ini version for (mostly) daytime azimuth and night time editing and then normal EditIV / TimecycIV for the rest of the day time editing...
