Claudespeed it was modded, I used the nativetrainer to spawn niko from peds, you can also find Claude, Misty and John Marston. The Model(s) are not complete, as to why I had waist high shots. except for Claude, he has no feet or hands, and no animations for walking or running, or they are just super strange for now.
