I was able to implement Reshade 3.0 in IV. MXAO test is giving great distance depth while maintaining correct AO levels up close. Here is Vosswar's (DanVSW) Natural and Realistic ENB with Reshade 3.0 MXAO enabled. I disabled ENB's AO in enbseries.ini as to not have 2 AO shaders running simultaneously.

Don't use VXP, straight up edit the values in notepad++ and reload with timecycle reloader.
