Do GTA Online Fully Utilize their Map?

IMO I think GTA Online could enhance their experience by doing a few simple things in the map.

 

GTA Online do not utilize their map.

 

(I devs work hard on the details of the enviroments. How bout incorperate things that reward exploration such as finding random money that can be hidden on the map in every free roam lobby, and im not talking about something that is easy to come by Im talking more on the line of rare occurances.)

 

It can fall in the vien of GTA like drug dealers stash, hidden treasures from earlier times or crooked cop stash.

 

Or how about finding rare animals to hunt throughout the map and be rewarded for killing them (It may be too late for this on Current Gen)

 

Or maybe piecing together murder mysteries with clues that lead you to the killer. Kinda like the serial killer backstory in single player. You could find dead bodies or other random clues throughout the map to help you find the killer.

 

All of this I belive can be done in free roam lobby and it rewards exploration.

 

 

 

What do yall think and what else you think would be a good addition for free roam exploration?

Needs to be more stuff up North. The mountains, desert, lake and beaches are just empty spaces. There's no incentive. All the armoured cars and Lester targets spawn in the city.

Yeah I agree 100% theres little to do in these areas besides walk/drive through. Im with you on that.

Yeah true although it can be fun at times it can get repetitive.

I understand where both of yall coming from but lets be honset they seemed to focus on the city a bit more with the tennis golf strip club carnival movie set whats really pulling people away from the city online?

 

All im saying it can be utilized more than it is everywhere IMO

 

There should be things to do all over the map that you cannot do in other sections of the map.

I'm now exploring areas in detail, hope to find some cool stuff.

 

Iroquois & I just found an electrical sub-station on the East side of Vinewood, by flying low in helicopters.

 

We spent the afternoon giving ourselves electrical shocks by jumping on stuff.

thus i personaly think they shoud rather concentrate on events happening across the map instead of adding completely

for an example, increasing the payouts slightly on simeons and lester their activity and adding just other things, like coke drops or meth drops you need to sell somewhere woudnt be bad ...sh*t like that

See thats what I mean for every easter egg there should be some sort of reward. Instaed of just something to store in your memory. Reward exploration to make it fun. GTA has a huge space to play with, but I find myself doing alot of the same thing with the same results.

Nice thread OP. It's refreshing to see someone with a complaint that actually puts some thought into what they'd rather have in the game. 99% of moaning on here is from self-entitled turds who demand perfection but don't know what it actually is. Mommy obviously didn't stroke them enough as a child, so now they'll go through life demanding that everyone else does it. Fucking wankers.

I'd like it if there were assassination missions, just like the Lester ones in SP. They take a bit more care and thought than the "KILL TARGET" that we currently have (though I do appreciate that being added and often do it), and I like the idea of doing something in free roam that could be messed up by other players. That makes it a little more life-like in my eyes.
