Issue: The car I ordered wasn't delivered

Hi forum!

 

First of all, I've tried to look through the forums to find a similar topic, but didn't succeed, so here I am

 

Yesterday, I was playing GTA:Online as per usual, when I dicided to purchase the new Furore GT - in lime green to be exact.

The problem is, when I was on my way to my garage, waiting for the "Your car has been delivered"-text we had a power shortage in my house, which of course meant no power to the Playstation.

 

When the power was back, roughly 5 mins later, I fired up my Playstation, logged in to GTA:Online, and guess what? The money was withdrawn, but no sign of the car. Anywhere.

 

I obviously gave it a shot, and waited approx 45 mins, but the text - nor the car - showed up anywhere.

 

So my prayer and my question for you, dear forum; what can I do about this? Is it just bad luck and good bye money or can I claim the car somewhere in a database or something?

Have you tried calling for the mechanic and checked the list if the car appears there?

Like the above said did you check and see if its in your cars list via the mechanic?

 

If it's not in your list it sounds like the power outage shut down the game before it could register/save your progress so when the money was withdrawn the game was saved then but not after the car was delivered so it sounds like your car i hanging in limbo.

 

You may have to just buy another car or you can contact R* support and see what they say of the issue

The day after I wrote this topic, the car was delivered to my garage, so I don't know what happened... A delay to/from the servers perhaps?

 

Anywho, I'm glad I got the car I ordered
