Coupe and Sports Classic Cars?

I'm trying to make a decision on these two car classes. I already have the adder, zentorno, turismo and the entity in my main garage, and I'm probably going to move my Furore GT into it as well. I don't do a lot of racing since I have all performance upgrades unlocked. I just want to know which cars in these two classes are best suited for missions.
