This could even be done by collectibles. Just imagine the following text was everyday business in a GTA game: I just found some more car parts on a scrapyard in Angel Pine. They are pretty rusty, but they will do the job. I took them to my garage in Doherty to try and build my first custom car. I used an old rusty hood from some Blade I stole, the rest of the car is an old Virgo from the scrapyard. The Virgo parts luckily fit together with the hood, it wouldn't look too bad. Now I only need a working motor... I'll just jack some car and kill the owner... So, I got a motor from a Clover. Really cool! Now I can finally build my first custom car. It is all rusty and stuff, but it is working at least. Just gonna clean it up in some Pay 'n Spray. Done. It really looks like a trash car, but - hey - it works. Imagine this text was actually a real - whatever, diary entry? So you could build your own car out of old car parts you can find throughout the map to further promote exploration or high quality parts from the ingame internet. You could tune your car, make it look great and it would really be unique. The car customization would be taken to a whole new level. Imagine a Voodoo station wagon? The characteristic front would be a Voodoo, the rear would be a Perennial and the 'inside' would be from an Albany Primo. You would find REALLY unique parts from the ingame secrets. Just imagine you walked into a bar and saw a piece of paper sticking on the wall where some guy sells his old car parts and a phone number. If you call it, you would recieve a really unique car part that would only be available in this special offer. Imagine going to a forest, and deep in the forest there is an old scrapyard for new parts. You would have to clean it, and it would be unlosable like the PV in GTAO. You could even share your custom creations with the community! Imagine looking through a "Show your custom vehicle! Part 33" thread in this forums and just finding some lowered stretch limousine with a Clover rear. This would be reeeeeeeally cool, wouldn't it? Would be really cool.
