(TSE IV) XBOX ONE Friday 29th May 2015 10pm GMT / 5pm EST / 2pm PST We're journeying the highway to the danger zone in this next meet as we take ourselves to staggering heights and feed the raging adrenaline-junkies within us! (Possibly to our deaths.) We all have that insatiable need within us to push ourselves to the limits and challenge death at every turn, and what better vehicle to do it on than the mighty Sanchez? This meet will incorporate a little off-roading amidst a hell of a lot of stunting, going to the best places all around the map to find that perfect throw-off point. From little grassy knolls to mountainous rock-faces, you and your Sanchez are going to need to be on your best game to make it through. The best part? IT'S A GODDAMNED COMPETITION. Throughout the meet I'll be issuing challenges - both individual and team events - and you'll be scored on both the initial execution and the landing itself. At the end of the meet I'll tally up the scores and find out who'll be wearing the ULTIMATE CROWN OF SANCHEZ BADASSERY! Still interested? SIGN UP NOW! 1. SANDKING'S are actually respected as a great off-roader in their own right, but bring one to this meet and it (and its driver) will be blown to many, many, many pieces! VIVE LE SANCHEZ! UPGRADING YOUR VEHICLE WILL NOT BE NECESSARY: all of these challenges have been planned with a stock Sanchez to ensure that those who don't have all of the upgrades accesible to them are still able to complete the meet. If you'd like to arrange a session to get some basic Sanchez skills under your belt before the meet, please feel free to post below and ask - I'd be more than happy to open a session for you! PLEASE NOTE: [Patience and - most importantly - a sense of humour are both required for these meets. Stay behind the host (konnichiwa!) and try to stay in formation; be aware that difficult climbs will be tackled one-by-one to avoid all hell breaking loose, so there may be periods where you're sitting around waiting. You're more than welcome to ride around a little in the surrounding area, take photographs, go to powder your nose, serenade the group - all good options! Try not to complain, however, as everyone is entitled to a try and I won't take kindly to those pressuring the group. These meets are generally very laid-back and there's a lot of fun to be had, both with the challenges and within conversation, but trouble-makers will be singled out and find themselves with an entire lobby using them as dynamic target practice. ] For pictures and commentaries on previous meets (as well as a glimpse into the general camaraderie of the regulars to these meets to prepare yourself) please have a glance through the thread - there's plenty to see! steve dogg 51 Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 Unlike Crabcrust I can say I'm taking to this Sanchez thing quite as well, and I'm not sure my the rest of the 4x4's in my garage are that impressed with the new addition, in fact (and this is rather strange but work with me people) I returned to my garage this afternoon to have a check on the little Sanchez only to find it and my blue sandking were missing ! The other black sandking and messa looked smug and told me they had gone out for a little drive together. Ahhh that's nice I though big blue is helping the little Sanchez feel at home. On there return big blue told me they had a lovely day and they had got some nice pics together, little Sanchez was strangely quiet, I will check the pics later and post them ! Regardless, better get my game on and work some stuff out for this... only a week away now! I expect that as it was a meet planned farrrrr in advance there'll be a lot of no-shows, but either way I'm mostly just looking forward to hanging out with you guys again. Anyone who has changed their minds or wants to back out, please make sure you let me know so that I can open up the spaces again - already got one on the reserves list.
