Rockstar cloud didn't save

Hi guys, about a week ago i bought a shark card on 1.250.000 (NoHate) and bought some stuff, like a zentorno, some vehicle mods for it, and a few weapon mods aswell. after playing a little bit i shut down my Ps3, and went offline. An hour later i decided to play GTA again, and i couldn't enter gta online. all i got when trying was this message -

"Alert, Your save data could not be loaded from the Rockstar cloud servers at this time. Returning to Grand Theft Auto V"

I thought it would fix by itself, and i waited an hour, and i tried again. Now i could i actually go into gta online, but all my stuff was gone. My new car, my weapon mods, even the money i had left afterwards was gone. It was like i never bought the shark card, but it says on my bank account that the money has been drawed. So... now i've kinda lost the game. i made a ticket to support, but they don't seem to give me a good answer, only something like "it says here that the money has been spend on in-game items, like cars, and car mods" I know i still had about 300k left after i bought the car.

 

So i wondered if you guys had any idea what i can do? Support doesn't seem to care about me.

Try support again, maybe it will be less useless people. Did you exit the game properly before shutting down the ps3? If you did then it was an error on their part, and the supports working their are either too lazy or too stupid to fix it. That is more money for them in their eyes. R* has gone downhill as a customer-friendly company with GTA V.
